- Peer specialty reviewers are fully credentialed and tested before being added to our panel.
- Reviewers utilize published care standards and apply evidence-based guidelines to each determination.
- Reviewers receive ongoing training from our Medical Directors and Quality Manager.
- Reviews are audited by our Medical Directors for consistency, application of standards, thoroughness, and timeliness.
- Reviews undergo rigorous copy editing and proofing before completion to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Our peer panel undergoes regular audits.
